HPS Weekly 034
bone mass, Charlotte York, and a $43 martini
LATELY
The last few weeks have been a chaotic blur of half marathon prep and execution blended with last minute marketing and course creation for The Repertoire but I made it through both, beating my goal time for the half by about 18 minutes (!!!) and getting the first live lab class for the Repertoire launched last night eek! I’m trying to appreciate how busy work is right now because I know slow summer is just around the corner…but phew am I feeling like I’m in the eye of the tornado right now. Simply an extra reminder to walk my walk and make sure I’m taking care of myself and prioritizing rest as much as hustle. Have been relying heavily on pre-made meals (been using Thistle lately) to take cooking off the to-do list and making sure I squeeze in movement for myself that is fully NOT work related, which means it is purely for the fun of it and not used spent thinking about how I’d cue it or incorporate into various client’s private programming—just enjoying moving my body for the sake of it and savoring as much friend time with my girls as I can before everyone’s travel schedules go insane for the summer!
