The Repertoire: Body-Based Creative Practices To Transmute Heartbreak & Grief Into Reinvention is officially in full swing! We just finished our live lab focused on rooting, grounding, anchoring, and creating stability both physically through pilates strength programming and fascial release and energetically with creative writing and improvisation…and I gotta tell ya, I feel great.
We also had our first bookings for the Aug 20-25th Tuscany retreat, so it’s been an exciting week over here (you can claim your spot here if you wanna get into a little yoga, pilates, and breathwork with Beth Cooke and I!)
Apropos of nothing, in an effort to manage my DMs more effectively, I’ve started a new series “what I wore to teach pilates today” on reels and I’ll be linking everything on ShopMy should that be of any interest!
